Hi, I'm Becky!
Throughout my life as long as a I can remember, I've always been passionate about one thing: animals. All of them really but especially dogs and horses. So much so that I became a veterinary technician so I could be one of the forces in the world to help them almost as much as they help us. Outside of shaping my career, I owe many life transitions and human connections to the pets I've had along the way. They've been the bridge between seasons and the catalyst for things to happen.
I've always loved photographs for their ability to freeze a moment but it was my once in lifetime boxer mix, Merceds, that got me into dock diving and then, into action photography. This transitioned into horse photography easily since I've been riding since I was 5 years old - a true horse crazy person my entire life.
While action photography is still my favorite (there's something about the challenge of capturing that brief moment full of so much promise and the culmination of hours of training to get to), I also love being able to show the love between animals and their people. Our pets are, in my opinion, one of the greatest treasures and blessings we're given in our lives. It's an honor to walk beside them through the seasons of our lives and it's an honor for me to capture their essence in the moment.
